Training Courses
- As a gesture of goodwill towards corporate clients, Open Airway Training will not charge "in advance" fees.*
- Upon delivery of any training course, Open Airway Training will issue an initial invoice. This invoice carries a 28-day maximum payment date, however, prompt payment would be appreciated.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds into our account, we will process certification and forward this onto the client hosting the training.
- Should an invoice become overdue for payment, Open Airway Training will issue a repeat invoice. This invoice will incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate from the date of initial invoice, along with a charge for £10.00 to cover administration costs incurred.
- We will also add an additional charge of £40.00 in respect of compensation under Late Payment legislation: late commercial payments interest and debt recovery.
- Every 7 days, we shall continue to issue repeat invoices, all subject to the above costs per additional invoice until payment is received.
- Under payment on an overdue account, i.e. the failure to pay charges, interest etc., will be applied to the next invoice/account balance.
- Failure to comply with the above requirements will result in no credit being offered, and all services must be paid for in advance.
- If payment is not received within 56 days from the date of training delivery, Open Airway Training will pass the debt onto a collection agency. No certification will be awarded, and all incurred costs will be recovered from the debtor.
- In this event, any subsequent training courses must be paid for in advance.
