You can pay for your items using a credit/debit card or a Paypal account.

Open Airway use the famous Paypal system to process online transactions.

Postage & Delivery

For orders up to £65 the P&P is £4.99 which will be added to the order by Paypal at the checkout stage of your transaction.

Orders over £65 will be delivered FREE of charge.

We ONLY deliver to United Kingdom addresses. If you order from outside the UK then we will issue a refund minus a 10% administration fee.

Your items will be delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. A signature will be required when the items are delivered.

A parcel is not deemed missing or lost unless 15 working days have past after the parcel has been dispatched. We do not issue refunds or replacement goods unless 15 working days has past. After this time we will submit a claim to Royal Mail and either issue a refund or replace your lost goods.

We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control.

Returns Policy

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item then simply return it to us and we will exchange it for you free of charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Await a reply from us before you return your items.

We recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post.

All returns must be sent by Recorded Delivery as proof of postage and the customer is responsible for the costs incurred.

Please allow seven working days for your refund to be processed.

Send your returned goods to the address below and a print out of the email we sent to you authorising the return of your items and attach it to your package:
