| Open Airway Terms & Conditions |
User Agreement All courses must be paid for in full prior to attendance of an Open Airway instructor. This is a two stage process:- 1) The client contacts Open Airway by phone, email or submits a course enquiry form. Open Airway will forward details to the client of any courses available. The client accepts the date, course content and venue then provides Open Airway with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the course. 2) Open Airway will request names of attendees (if available) from the client. This is to ensure certification can be presented to successful attendees on the date of delivery. The client re-submits the completed attendance form along with remaining balance of payment to Open Airway. Should a training course be cancelled by Open Airway then an alternative date will be offered to the client. Should this alternative date be unsuitable then the client is entitled to a full refund of any monies paid. All courses delivered are either accredited or recognised by health and safety industry leaders or information contained within the courses is sourced from those bodies. Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure the accuracy of information contained in our courses, Open Airway will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to plant, persons or premises, however caused by any persons acting on or outside the information delivered by our instructors. Risk Assessments All Risk Assessments will be invoiced to the individual/company and will become overdue for payment after 28 days. Your Risk Assessment findings and recommendations will be forwarded to you upon clearance of funds into our account. Repeat invoices will be issued including charges for late payment as stated at www.payontime.co.uk every week after the 28 day deadline if we are not paid on time. Each subsequent invoice will incur an additional charge of £10.00 per correspondence. Failure to settle any monies outstanding after 56 days from date of contract (date of assessment) will result in no Risk Assessment results being forwarded and the debt will be handed to our solicitors for reclamation. Risk Assessment information, control measures, workplace precautions, safe systems of work etc. are to be used as guidance only. Open Airway will offer guidance to those who may require it. It remains the responsibility of the owner/occupier to ensure that any recommendations are carried out. |
