Equalities and Diversity

Course Introduction

This course, run over a half day, gives an insight into legalities surrounding equalities and diversity including fairness, harassment and bullying. It will give the attendee information on how to deal legally with bullying and harassment thereby giving the employer peace of mind that they are taking their staff's health and safety into consideration whilst maintaining a safe place of work for their employees. This course is guided by the tutor but lead by the attendee and involves discussion groups more than theoretical input.
